Polypropylene mesh is knitted by a process which interlinks each
fiber junction and which provides for elasticity in both directions.
– Available in two configurations:
– 0.6mm thickness (Standard Type)
– Macroporous 2mm size and Weight 45-50gr/sqm and round angles (Light Mesh)
– Good shape memory
– Biological safety
– Maybe used for repair of hernia and other fascial deficiencies
that require the addition of a reinforcing or bridging material
to obtain the desired surgical result.
– Can be tailored perioperatively and customized to any unique
situation.
